We live in times when it is increasingly easy to forget those who were once the support of our families and communities. Many of our grandparents now live a life of silence, of deprivation, away from the hustle and bustle of the world - but especially away from the support they need.

These are people who have worked all their lives, who have raised generations and who today struggle alone with the daily hardships. For them, a food parcel or a kind word means more than we can imagine. It means they are not alone.

Let's show them we care. Be part of something simple but with real impact.

How you can help:

✅ Personal hygiene products: soap, shampoo, toothpaste, detergents, wet wipes
