Another interesting and useful event was the nutrition workshop held by Ms. Ioana Lucia Nechita PFA and her partners in the project "Joy from Nature - Natural Products from the Cluj Area," with the theme "Promoting Natural Products and Health on Your Plate," which took place on September 24 at the "Octavian Goga" County Library in Mărăști, Art Section, 5th floor.

The presentation illustrated how to compose a healthy plate, why we should eat healthily, what the food pyramid looks like, what healthy alternatives there are to commercial products, and where they can be purchased. At the end, each participant received a package of promotional materials from the organizers, and the sweet surprise offered by Anemone Pastry delighted us all, providing a good opportunity to socialize and connect with our beneficiaries.

The charity conference on Saturday, November 22, "Altruism and Empathy," was a remarkable event that opened new horizons of knowledge and personal introspection. Prof. Mircea Miclea, PhD, and Archdeacon Adrian Sorin Mihalache, PhD, addressed the topic from complementary perspectives—neuroscience, psychology, and references to faith.
